Sonoma-Marin Farm News is a publication for and by the Sonoma and Marin County Farm Bureau’s for the purpose of relaying agricultural news and activities to the community. FARM NEWS is the only local agricultural publication serving Sonoma and Marin counties. Farm Bureau works on finding solutions to current problems that wineries, farms, ranches and all other agricultural communities are facing by uniting together to represent, protect, advance and promote the economic viability, concerns and lifestyle of agriculture in Sonoma and Marin counties.

All Sonoma County Farm Bureau members are allowed to two complementary classified ads and job postings in Sonoma-Marin Farm News. Members seeking more than two classifieds or non-members may purchase an additional classified for $15 plus $8/line. Each line includes 30 characters.

In addition to following Sonoma County Farm Bureau’s general advertising guidelines, classifieds must also meet the following standards. Classifieds are for individual use only - businesses should refer to Sonoma County Farm Bureau’s Advertising Rates sheet. Classifieds may not advertise for any alcohol, tobacco or cannabis products.
Examples of appropriate classifieds include (but are not limited to) individual pieces of equipment for sale,animals for sale or lease, individuals seeking or offering services, lost and found ads and job postings. Classifieds will be placed at the discretion of the Sonoma-Marin Farm News Editor and Executive Director.
