2018 Ag Days Coloring Contest Winners

On March 13 and 14, Sonoma County Farm Bureau hosted over 4,500 Kindergarten through 6th Grade students at Ag Days, an agricultural education experience held at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Students utilized their five senses to explore the role agriculture plays in their daily lives and communities. Children learned where their food comes from, visited with farm animals, explored jobs and activities required to feed our community, interacted with farmers and ranchers and experienced life on a farm.

This year’s theme, “Sonoma County Agriculture – The Year of Water and Soil” came to life at the event and through creative contests students and classes participated in. Together with their families, contest winners joined to celebrate their talent at the Awards Dinner and Ceremony. Post event, Farm Bureau offered students and classes the opportunity to showcase what they learned at Ag Days through coloring and collage contests. Farm Bureau appreciates all who participated and congratulates the winning students and classes.
