The 33rd Annual Great Sonoma Crab and Wine Fest is the premier Crab and Wine event in the North Bay Area! Join over 2,000 supporters from the agriculture and business communities as we gather to support local agricultural education programs and advocacy.
This fun and exciting evening has received rave reviews and is the largest crab feed in California and maybe even the U.S.! Combined with a reception featuring premier Sonoma County beer, wine and spirits, live music, and an impressive silent and live auction, the Great Sonoma Crab & Wine Fest makes for one of the year’s best events and an evening you don’t want to miss!
Proceeds benefit Sonoma County Farm Bureau’s agricultural education activities, including Ag Days for over 4,000 elementary school students, teachers, and parents, Foundation scholarships, 4-H & FFA, Young Farmers & Ranchers, youth leadership activities, local fair exhibitors, training, and advocacy efforts. Strengthen Farm Bureau’s collective impact by supporting this epic event.
Admiral's Table of 10 – $2,500
As the Admiral of the fleet, your table of 10 will sit prominently in the front. Table service, gold medal wines and a champagne toast await your guests. VIP parking for two vehicles is included. In addition, you will receive the highest level of table sponsorship recognition. A limited number of Admiral’s tables will be offered.
Captain's Table of 10 – $1,500
Be the captain of your own table with reserved, preferred seating for 10. Dine in luxury with a wait staff to serve you and your guests. Enjoy gold medal-winning wines, and other special amenities.
Individual Tickets: $150/person

Farm Bureau would greatly appreciate a donation for our live or silent auctions. This fundraising event supports agricultural education, scholarships and agriculture in the classroom activities. Each year we have many creative donations like special gift packages, vacations, guest accommodations, adventures, wine pairing dinners, cases or signed magnums of wine, arts, crafts, tools and supplies, equipment rentals or simply cash donations. As a donor, you will be prominently recognized in both our auction program, in Sonoma-Marin Farm News and on our website.
Be a part of the Reception at the Great Sonoma Crab & Wine Fest! Space is limited and an RSVP form is required to participate. Please contact Farm Bureau if you have questions – 707.544.5575. Restaurants Prepare and serve hors d’oeuvres/appetizers for the reception for 1,500 plus people. We will provide an 8' table with linen and vendor signs. Please provide your own tabletop display, serving/tasting utensils, and marketing materials. Please be set up by 3:30 p.m. Wineries/Breweries/ Distilleries ... and more! For your reception table, please provide signage and/or tabletop display decorations, logo, and marketing materials. We will provide an 8' table with linen, glassware, a vendor sign, and ice. Please provide your own tabletop display, ice bucket, and marketing materials. We would like all the reception participants in place by 3:45 p.m.
Farm Bureau would like to invite you to be a volunteer at this event. There are many responsibilities and your participation would be greatly appreciated. Volunteers are needed on Thursday mid-morning/early afternoon (Feb. 3) and Friday mid-afternoon (Feb. 4) for event setup, as well as the exciting evening of the actual event (Feb. 5).
