Vital Lands Initiative Presentation On February 20, 2018 Sonoma County Farm Bureau is hosting a conversation with the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District (Ag + Open Space) to discuss the Vital Lands Initiative – a comprehensive plan that will guide the agency’s work for the next 15 years.
