The Sonoma County Farm Bureau has been monitoring the preliminary hearings of Direct Action Everywhere (DXE) members Wayne Hsiung, Priya Sawhney, Cassandra King, and Almira Tanner on the felonies they are facing for breaking into multiple Petaluma chicken farms in 2018. The preliminary hearings scheduled for the last week of February have been postponed until the first week of May. Sonoma County Farm Bureau will continue to support local farmers and ranchers through this trial process in whatever way they can.
