Supporting our youth and encouraging their interest in agricultural education is one of the most important missions of our organization and we need your help. Purchase your tickets for the 8th Annual Ag Education Raffle featuring three amazing vacations. If you are the lucky winner you will have the opportunity to pick from one of these great opportunities.

11 Days in Italy: An amazing 11 day Italian tour for two. Private tour of the Vatican & Sistine Chapel in Rome. Explore Florence and the Chianti Countryside and enjoy a week in a Private Tuscan Villa.
10 Days in Ireland: Spend 10 days in the land of glorious landscapes and the friendliest people. Your escorted journey, for two, will take you to all the major sites. You have never experienced green until you see Ireland.
8 Days in Fiji: Paradise Personified! Imagine Hawaii 50 years ago. Enjoy an 8 day stay, for two, at two different resorts in two island groups. Fiji is truly amazing with its pristine beaches and calm waters.
$5,000 Cash: If traveling is not your idea of fun, you can always just take the cash.

These wonderful experiences include airfare, accommodations, rental car and much more. All are exquisitely arranged with our local executive travel experts at Marilyn Can Travel. The drawing will take place at the spectacular Great Sonoma Crab & Wine Fest on February 1, 2014, just a few weeks away. Past winners have raved about the experience, read the note from Eeve Lewis of Sebastopol, the Trip Winner from 2013.

“I wanted to thank Farm Bureau for the absolutely fabulous vacation I won at this year’s Crab Feed. We had a wonderful time. Marilyn Herzog put together a truly great itinerary with three really unique areas to focus on. Not only were the sights and experience fascinating, but the people we met were warm and friendly! I’ll be participating again in the future – Maybe I’ll get lucky again.”  Eeve Lewis, 2012 winner

Your donation will be used locally and enables us to provide highly acclaimed programs like Ag Days, where over 10,000 elementary school children (K-6) learn about farms and where their food comes from. Your support goes to help FFA & 4-H youth leadership activities, scholarships, junior exhibitors at local fairs, SRJC’s Agricultural Ambassador program, Young Farmers & Ranchers, Farm Bureau Educational Institute, and many more.

“Kids today need to know where their food comes from and the importance of locally grown products. Supporting agricultural education is one of the best investments we can make.” Saralee McClelland Kunde, grape grower
